We will do all we can to accommodate disabled clients. We can arrange a special viewing
prior to the sale by appointment.
LEAVING BIDS VIA EMAIL
We are happy to accept bids over email as long as you provide us with your FULL name and address details and agree to our terms and conditions of sale. All goods must be paid for within 7 days of the sale. - see defaulters below!
We now accept credit/debit cards. You can pay by cheque ( if paying in person you will need to have your cheque guarantee card ), cash or bank transfer (details will be provided after the successful bid). Company cheques can be accepted however at least ten days will be required before the goods can be removed to allow for cheque clearance. Therefore an electronic bank transfer is always preferred.
We are happy to offer a packing service for our clients for non-breakable items, Purchasers must accept that we bear no responsibility for damage caused once the goods have left our hands. We will gladly package items for collection by firms such as UPS/TNT at a small handling charge. Large and fragile items are impossible for us to insure and therefore the buyer must in all cases arrange their own transport for these types of goods. If you are unsure you must contact us prior to purchasing any lots through these salerooms.
Please be aware that we will always pursue defaulters. When you bid at auction you become bound by a legal contract, if necessary we will take defaulters to court to recover the monies owing to our clients. If you don't intend to pay, then don't bid!.
Names and addresses of defaulters will be passed to all other auctioneers in our association.
